Ingredient:

Tarkhineh tablets 3 pcs (300 grams)
stew vegetables (150 grams each of coriander and spinach and 100 grams each of leek and parsley) 500 grams
raw lentils Half a cup
raw chickpeas and pinto beans Half a cup
curd Half a cup
onions 4 pcs
garlic 1 clove
dried mint 3 tablespoons
Turmeric, black pepper, and salt as needed

Step by Step Ash Tarkhineh Recipe:

1. First, we put three pre-washed tarkhine tablets in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Then, we choose a large pot, chop two onions into small pieces, and fry them in oil until they are completely golden.

2. Then, we add the chopped garlic to the onion and fry it. We add the spices of turmeric and black pepper to the ingredients and fry them a little.

3. At this stage, we add the softened tarkhine to the onions. Then we add the lentils soaked in hot water for an hour to the ingredients.
Then we add two liters of water to the pot and pour a little salt, put the lid on the pot, and let the ingredients cook together for half an hour.

4. After half an hour, we add half a cup of peas and beans that we have soaked and cooked in advance to the pot. To save time, you can use canned peas and beans.
