Pirashki Sibzamini Recipe without Oven in 30 Minutes

Pirashki sibzamini is another member of the Persian pirashki family, which is very tasty and prepared faster than other models.

It has relatively fewer ingredients than other models and is very easy to prepare with ready-made dough. Follow me to learn how to make potato dumplings.

Piraski Sibzamini Ingredients:

Potatoes Four
Onion One
Salt, black pepper, and turmeric As needed
Parsley A bunch of
Scallion A bunch of
Yufka dough A packet

Instruction:

1. First, you must boil the potatoes and then carefully chop them. Slice the onion and fry it in a pan with turmeric until it changes color.

2. Chop the parsley and add it to the fried onion. Then chop the onions and fry them with onion and parsley.

3. Put the cooked potatoes in another bowl and mash them completely.

4. Then add the fried vegetable mixture to the potatoes and mix.
Add salt and red pepper to this mixture and mix.

5. Take the yufka dough that has already reached room temperature and pour the desired amount of ingredients in each sheet wrap the dough around the ingredients and seal the top and bottom of it.

6. Then pour the required amount of oil in the pan let it heat up completely and fry the piroshkies in the pan.

Pay attention that both sides of the dumpling are completely fried.
The Persian potato piroshki is ready and you can enjoy it with ketchup sauce.

Important points

  • You can add pizza cheese to the internal ingredients of this dumpling to make it more delicious.
  • You can get yufka dough from supermarkets and confectionery stores.
  • You can use red pepper and black pepper to spice up the dumpling.
  • Frying with too much heat will dry out the dumpling and burn it.
  • You can mix some butter into the potato ingredients for a better taste.
