Pirashki is originally a Russian dish that has found its fans all over the world. Iranians also like it as fast food or street food. They even prepare different types of dumplings, such as pirashki pizza, Pirashki goosht, and Pirashki sabzijat.
In this article, I have considered how to prepare Pirashki sosis or Sausage Pirashki for you, a quick dish with the least facilities, which is also very popular with children.

Ingredients for piroshki dough:
White flour | 2 cups |
Eggs | 2 pcs |
Yeast | A tablespoon |
Sugar | A tablespoon |
Salt | A teaspoon |
Milk | Half a glass |
Oil | Half a glass |
Ingredients for inner:
Sausages | 3 PCS |
Onion | 1 PCS |
Mushrooms | 200 grams |
Bell pepper | 1 PCS |
Pizza cheese | 100 grams |
Salt and pepper | as needed |
Instruction:
1. Combine yeast powder with sugar and water in a bowl. Mix the egg with milk and oil until smooth.
2. Add the yeast dough to the egg bowl and pour the flour into it after sifting and mix well.
After some time, knead the dough and leave it in a corner for an hour until it is ready.
3. Fry the onion after chopping and add turmeric and pepper. Grate the sausage and add it to the onions until fried.
4. Pour bell peppers and mushrooms into the pan. After the ingredients are fried well, take a little of the piroshki dough, spread it, and put the ingredients on it.
5. Close the dough tightly with some pizza cheese in the middle. Fry your piroshki in the pan of oil and then enjoy it all.
A sausage is a type of meat product usually made from ground meat—often pork, beef, or poultry—along with salt, spices and other flavourings. Other ingredients, such as grains or breadcrumbs, may be included as fillers or extenders.

- This Iranian fast food is very similar to sambooseh and both are very delicious.
- To prepare this dumpling, use fresh sausages, preferably meat sausages.
- Besides this fast food, you can also use homemade ketchup and khiar shoor.
