White flour 6 cups
Sugar  2 tablespoons
Salt 1 tablespoon
Sesame 3 tablespoons
Dry yeast  1 tablespoon
Oil 3 tablespoons

1. To prepare this bread, first dissolve the yeast with a spoon of sugar in half a cup of warm water and leave it in a warm place for five minutes. Then, pour a cup of lukewarm water into a large bowl and add salt, oil, and remaining sugar.

2. Pour five cups of flour little by little into the bowl and mix with your hands or a wooden spatula until a fairly stiff dough is obtained.

3. Sprinkle flour on the kitchen board and knead the dough on it. Grease a bowl a little put the dough in the form of a ball in the bowl and turn it around until it is greased.
