1. Mixing tomatoes

2. Fry the onion

At this stage, you should finely chop the onions. Then put a pan on the gas. Add some oil to it and wait until the oil gets hot. Add some pepper, cinnamon, and turmeric to the onions, and fry a little more until the raw taste of the spices is taken.

3. Frying potatoes and tomatoes

After the onions are fried well, wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Then add the potatoes to the onions. Fry the potatoes for a few minutes. Then add the tomato puree that you prepared before to the onion and potato mixture. Combine the ingredients and wait until the tomato juice evaporates and a thick mixture is created. 4. Boil rice
