Shallot(musir) powder    ¾ teaspoon
Salt      ¼ teaspoon
Dried shallots     ½ cup
Low-fat yogurt    1 cup
Black pepper     ¼ teaspoon

 Instruction:

1. Pour dry shallots in boiling water for an hour and after an hour,chop or grate the soaked shallots.
