Ground walnut 10 ounces

Pomegranate concentrate 1 cup
Suger 1/3 cup
Salt  ¼ tsp
Oil  3 tbs
Ground black pepper   ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder  1 tsp
Water                                      2 or 3cup

How to cook khores fesenjan

Instruction for khoresh fesenjan:

1. peel the onion and then chop it thinly. Pour oil into a frying pan and wait until it gets hot

4. Now add 2 or 3 cups of water to it and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot let it boil for 2 to 3 hours, and let the stew glaze (see a layer of oil on it).

5. Now it’s time to add pomegranate concentrate to khoresh fesenjan. When adding the pomegranate concentrate if the stew does not boil, increase the heat to medium until it boils, and then reduce it to medium-low and cover the pot, let it boil for 1 to 2 hours.
