How to make vegetarian kuku loobia sabz

For: 4 people

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

Green beans 1.1 pound
Large potato 1 piece
Large onion  1 piece
Egg    4 pieces
Flour 1 tablespoon
Salt, pepper, and turmeric as needed
Oil  as needed

Instruction:

1. Preparing green beans:

The first step in preparing kuku loobia sabz is to wash and prepare green beans and potatoes. For this, you must first wash the beans well cut them into small pieces, and then cook them with a glass of water.

2. Chopping potatoes and frying them:

Cut the potato to the size of a small gem, wash it, let the water drain well, and then fry it with some oil. After the potato is well fried, chop the onion and fry it in oil.

3. Cracking the eggs:

After this, it is time to prepare the eggs. Break the eggs in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, and turmeric, and stir.

4. Cooking

Now it’s time to combine the prepared ingredients, so at this stage, add all the prepared ingredients, i.e., cooked green beans, potatoes, and onions, to the eggs. Stir until the ingredients are well uniform.

Then, add the flour gradually until it dissolves well in the ingredients. When the mixture is ready, take a pan and grease it with oil.

When the oil is hot, pour the contents into the pan. For this, you can either use a mold and pour the formed kuku into the pan or pour all the ingredients into the pan at once and let it fry.

When one side of the kuku is cooked, turn it over and fry the other side as well. Your kuku loobia sabz is ready.

You can serve your kuku with lavash bread as a sandwich, pickled cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, and lettuce. Enjoy your meal!
